- Full payment required upon booking. Booking only confirmed once full payment recieved.
- Santa reserves the right to leave event if animals are present without prior knowledge.
- Refund Policy:
No Refund: Within 7 days prior to event
50% Refund: 14 – 8 days prior event - Santa props and lounge incur an additional fee as outlined in rate card and invoice
- Damage to Santa suit/props may incur additional fee (cleaning or replacement)
- In venues where alcohol is served Santa must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times. Chaperone may be hired or provided by venue.
- Events starting after 6pm incur afterhours surcharge.
- Additional time past booking agreement will be charged at $100 per hour or part thereof.
- If Santa’s personal photographer is hired from Byron Santa a separate agreement outlining photo delivery requirements must be signed.
